Exchange Policy
Yes, you may request an exchange within:

7 days from the date of purchase (for in-store orders), or

All items are eligible for exchange.

Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for returned items until they reach us.

Exchanges must be for items of the same value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, customers must pay the difference. No refund will be given for lower-priced items.

Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Each order is allowed one-time exchange only.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported and returned within 7 days. Late returns will not be accepted.

Items damaged due to incorrect washing, storage, or ironing will not be eligible for exchange.
Refund Policy
